But just as they seem to have the upper hand, MaloMyotismon reveals his true form, a monstrous creature that dwarfs all of them in size and power. The DigiDestined are once again faced with the prospect of defeat, but they refuse to give up.
As the battle rages on, Hikari's plan begins to come into focus, and the DigiDestined realize that in order to save the world, they must make the ultimate sacrifice. It's a decision that will change the course of their lives and the fate of both worlds forever.
