The Daleks are The Doctor's greatest enemy. Following a devastating civil war on the planet Skaro, peaceful Dals mutated into the Daleks and encased themselves in metal. They are filled with hate for any non-Dalek life, but they hate The Doctor above all else. With the distinctive shape of their conical tanks and monotone robotic voice, it is easy to forget that a Dalek is a living creature. Their true form is a mass of tentacles, melted flesh, and pulsating brains. Tough metal armor, powerful energy weapons, and their battle cry of "Ex-ter-min-ate," the Daleks have earned their fearsome reputation.
