A serial from the long running British science fiction show, starring the Fourth Doctor. The Doctor and his companion Leela are traveling at the very edge of the galaxy when they encounter a strange ship. The Doctor recognizes it as belonging to a race of aliens whose home planet was destroyed aeons ago. He and Leela contacts the crew of the ship and discover that they are the last survivors of that civilization, and have spent millennia searching for the a second ship which contains the long lost genetic race banks of their people.
