Ep 2. Destiny of the Daleks (2)

The Doctor and his companion, Romana, set out to find the fourth piece of the Key to Time, which has led them to the planet Skaro, home of the dreaded Daleks. The planet has been ravaged by war for centuries, leaving it a barren wasteland. The Doctor and Romana soon discover that a group of humanoid aliens called the Movellans have also arrived on Skaro, and they too are searching for the fourth piece of the Key to Time.

The Doctor and Romana are soon captured by the Daleks, but manage to escape with the help of a group of humanoid slaves who have revolted against their Dalek masters. The group uncover a hidden underground chamber where they discover the Movellans have already found the fourth piece of the Key to Time.

As the Doctor and Romana work with the slaves to plan an attack on the Movellans and Daleks, they learn that the Daleks are seeking to reactivate their creator race, the Kaleds. The Kaleds are the race that originally created the Daleks, and their reactivation would give the Daleks an even greater advantage in their battle with the Movellans.

The Doctor and Romana ultimately succeed in preventing the reactivation of the Kaleds and securing the fourth piece of the Key to Time. They also learn of the Daleks' ultimate goal - to seek out and destroy the Doctor. The episode ends with the Doctor and Romana realizing they must always be on guard against the Daleks, as they will continue to be a threat to the universe for all time.
