Dora and all of her friends venture into the city to try to find favors for a party. It is a new episode that features Dora and her friends as they are older. The show can be seen on Nickelodeon. After the children who have watched Dora since she was little have grown up, they want to see her as a pre-teen who experiences some of the same issues in life that they have. She is still the fun character who needs to help of her pals, some who are new. There are new neighborhoods that she can explore, and she is at a bigger school. Plenty of songs are featured in the show, and there is still a bilingual aspect that teaches children Spanish and English. The traffic in the city is almost nonexistent, and there are several green areas for the kids to explore and play. Alley cats abound on the first episode as they chase a puppy that is in the city.
