A massive fish, which was caught by one of the tournament participants, is thrashing around and appears to be in distress. Dr. T and the team arrive on the scene to find the fish gasping for air due to a punctured air bladder. The situation looks grim, and Dr. T has to act quickly to save the fish's life.

Dr. T extracts the air bladder from the fish and performs an innovative procedure to inflate a new air bladder. The procedure, which involved surgical precision, specialized equipment, and Dr. T's resourcefulness, was a success, and the fish swims away into the river, healthy and happy.
