Ep 8. The Mid-East Meeting

Blake Carrington (Grant Show) welcomes an old friend, Sheikh Omar Abbas (guest star, Adam Rayner) to Atlanta for an important Middle Eastern deal. While Blake is trying to close this deal with Sheikh Omar Abbas, his enemies are working overtime to take down his business empire. Blake’s daughter Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) reconnects with an old flame, Liam (Adam Huber), who seems to have Taylor (guest star, Emily Rudd) by his side. Fallon does not trust Taylor, who appears to be hiding a secret.

Steven (James Mackay) is back in Carrington mansion and wants to make up with his family, but it seems like they are not receptive to it. He tries to reach out to Sam (Rafael de la Fuente), who is still angry about Steven’s sudden departure. Sam has his own problems to deal with as his partnership with Jeff (Sam Adegoke) is going south. Jeff’s jealousy towards Sam's best friend has caused a rift between the two.

Meanwhile, Alexis (Nicollette Sheridan) is making plans to expand her business venture, but she needs Culhane’s (Robert Christopher Riley) help to get the funding. Culhane is struggling with his feelings for Fallon and Alexis takes advantage of his vulnerability to get what she wants. Kirby (Maddison Brown) reconnects with someone from her past, but her mother, Anders (Alan Dale), is suspicious of the man’s intentions.

As the Mid-East meeting gets underway, it becomes apparent that there is something more important than business at stake. Sheikh Omar Abbas is hiding a secret and Blake begins to think that his old friend might not be as trustworthy as he thought. Meanwhile, Fallon’s suspicions about Taylor are confirmed when she discovers the truth about her.
