Finally, James visits the King of LA food truck, specializing in deep-fried Southern cuisine. He tries the famous chicken and waffles, served with maple syrup and hot sauce, and the equally indulgent deep-fried Oreos. He also talks to the owner about the cultural significance of soul food and the challenges of running a food truck in a competitive market.
