Extra Virgin is a cooking show featuring Debi Mazar and her husband Gabriele Corcos. Their recipes and cooking style is Tuscan with a twist. This style has been a passion of theirs largely due to the fact Gabriele was born and raised Tuscany. They try to focus on locally grown and organic ingredients that support local farmers and provide and fresh and vibrant taste to their food. They are interested in their food being healthy as well as flavorful.

Their recipes feature fresh pasta, herbs, and garlic. Some of the recipes feature their pizza oven, and Debi cooking with her mother-in-law in her Tuscan home. They strive to pass down recipes that have been in the family for generations, as well as making old recipes new.

This TV show is light hearted and down to earth. It genuinely depicts a married couple growing and sharing from the view point of a kitchen.

  • Debi and Gabriele are getting out of Brooklyn and heading upstate to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends. Gabriele wants the ultimate Thanksgiving experience, so he's taking Debi, the girls and Robert to a local turkey farm where they can pick out the perfect bird for their table. Before they head home to start cooking, they pick some apples, test their aim with the apple gun and Robert learns what a corn maze is.   • Debi and Gabriele get their farm started by restoring the old chicken coop and going to a local farm to buy some chickens. Then they'll cook up a big farm-inspired feast to celebrate.

  • There is a bocce ball court on Gabriele's property that nonna Lola used to play all the time, but since Gabriele moved to the states the court has fallen apart. Now, he wants to repair it and bring it back to its former glory. When it's ready, he'll get the whole family out there, including nonna Lola, for a big feast and inaugural bocce ball tournament to officially open the court again.

  • One of Gabriele's friends runs a Tuscan safari -- a trip through the wilderness that gives visitors an up close look at some of that Tuscan wildlife -- so today, he's taking Debi and the girls on safari.
