Extreme Chef Season 1 Episode 7 Survive the Farm

In Extreme Chef season 1 episode 7, titled "Survive the Farm," the remaining three chefs are taken to a farm for a series of challenges. The chefs are met by host Marsh Mokhtari, who explains that they will need to use their survival skills in order to succeed in this episode.

The first challenge involves the chefs having to collect their own eggs from the chicken coop, as well as milk their own cow for butter. These ingredients are then used to create a dish that highlights the freshness of the ingredients.

Next, the chefs are tasked with cooking using ancient techniques, such as using a wood-fired oven to bake bread. Chef Einat Admony joins the competitors as a guest judge for this challenge.

For the final challenge, the chefs must create a dish using a whole pig that they must slaughter and prepare themselves. Chef Ben Ford joins as the guest judge for this challenge. The chefs must also incorporate fresh produce from the farm into their dishes.

Throughout the episode, the chefs face various obstacles, including having to kill and butcher their own pigs, and dealing with a malfunctioning oven during the ancient cooking challenge.

In the end, only two chefs move on to the finals of Extreme Chef. The episode showcases the chefs' culinary skills as well as their ability to adapt and think on their feet in challenging situations.
