With the help of his wife, Gina, Billy must figure out how to save his family from being consumed by the mafia.

The Augustines are led by Jess, the sister of two men who were once members of the Gambino crime family. Jess entered the family business as a way to bring her brothers home after they were sent to prison for their crimes. Now, Jess balances the weight of her family's expectations with the desire to give her children a different life. The family's struggles with mental health and addiction make Jess' journey even more difficult.
