Ep 7. Drunken Words; Sober Thoughts

In Floribama Shore season 1 episode 7 titled "Drunken Words; Sober Thoughts," the roommates find themselves reconciling with the consequences of their actions after a wild night out.

As the episode begins, the group is still reeling from the fight between Kortni and Candace, which left Kortni's nose bloodied and Candace feeling guilty for getting physical with her friend. Nilsa takes it upon herself to confront Candace about her behavior, but Candace is unrepentant, claiming that she was simply defending herself.

As the night wears on, the housemates continue to drink heavily, despite the tensions between them. Jeremiah, who has been nursing a crush on Kortni for some time, finally works up the courage to tell her how he feels, but Kortni is uninterested and tells him outright that she doesn't see him that way.

Meanwhile, Aimee and Kirk bond over their shared love of country music, and Codi tries to negotiate a truce between Candace and Kortni, who are still not speaking to each other. But as the night wears on, things quickly spiral out of control.

Nilsa, who has been drinking heavily all evening, suddenly decides that she wants to hook up with Gus, but Gus is reluctant to get involved with her, knowing that she has feelings for him. Nilsa becomes increasingly belligerent, and the other housemates begin to worry that she is going to do something she'll regret.

Their fears are soon realized when Nilsa gets into a screaming match with Jeremiah over his crush on Kortni. She accuses him of being fake and insincere, and Jeremiah becomes visibly upset, eventually storming out of the room.

The rest of the housemates try to calm Nilsa down, but she becomes more and more hysterical, crying and yelling at anyone who tries to speak to her. Eventually, the group decides that they need to call it a night and go to bed, but the tension lingers into the morning.

As they wake up the next day, the housemates are forced to confront the damage that has been done. Candace and Kortni finally make amends, with Candace apologizing for her behavior and Kortni accepting her apology. Jeremiah and Nilsa also have a heart-to-heart, with Jeremiah explaining that he was only trying to be honest with her, but that he understands why she was upset.

In the end, the group realizes that their drunken words may have led to sober thoughts, but they are also committed to moving forward and rebuilding their relationships with each other. As they toast to a new day and a fresh start, it's clear that they have all learned valuable lessons about the importance of communication and self-control.
