Bobby gets to experience some of Chef Curtis's signature dishes, like a beautiful plate of butter-poached lobster, a dish of delicate sweetbreads with a bright and tangy sauce, and an incredible dessert featuring local strawberries and cream.
Throughout the episode, Bobby also takes us on a tour of some of L.A.'s most incredible food markets and specialty food stores. From the sprawling aisles of the Santa Monica Farmer's Market to the stunning cheese counter at The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, Bobby explores the incredible bounty of high-end ingredients available to L.A. chefs.
