Ep 15. The One With All The Rugby

He's become so paranoid that he even starts sleeping with a baseball bat. Chandler and Joey realize that they need to get him some help, but their attempts to do so only make things worse.

In the end, Ross returns from the hospital with a broken finger and a newfound appreciation for his friends. He realizes that he doesn't need to play rugby to feel a sense of belonging and that his true friends are the ones who are always there for him, no matter what.
