In Friends season 5 episode 7, titled "The One Where Ross Moves In," Ross finds himself homeless after Emily kicks him out of their apartment in a fit of rage. In order to help him out, Chandler offers Ross his spare room in Monica's apartment. Ross initially resists the idea, feeling embarrassed and ashamed about his predicament, but ultimately accepts the offer.

Meanwhile, Joey gets a new job as a tour guide at Rockefeller Center, but quickly discovers that he is terrible at the job. He struggles to remember the names of the buildings, and accidentally sends one group of tourists to the wrong location. However, he refuses to quit, determined to prove that he can do the job.

Phoebe, on the other hand, is dealing with her own problems when she learns that her biological mother, who she thought was dead, is actually alive and well. She decides to track her down and meet her for the first time, much to the concern of her friends.

As Ross settles into his new living situation, he struggles to adjust to living with Monica, who is a bit of a neat freak. He accidentally spills grape juice on her new rug, and she becomes furious. However, Ross soon discovers that he has his own issues with cleanliness, as he constantly leaves his belongings all over the apartment.

Despite their differences, Ross and Monica are ultimately able to work out their living situation and learn to live together in harmony. Meanwhile, Joey continues to struggle with his job, but ultimately realizes that he needs to embrace his own unique style of tour guiding in order to be successful.

Phoebe's meeting with her mother is tense and awkward at first, but they ultimately begin to bond over a shared love of music. Phoebe learns that her mother gave her up for adoption because she was unable to provide for her, but that she has always loved her and thought about her. While the meeting is emotional for Phoebe, she ultimately feels grateful to have finally met her mother and learned more about her family history.

Overall, "The One Where Ross Moves In" is a humorous and heartwarming episode that explores the challenges of living with roommates and the importance of family.
