Ep 4. I Got Dumped...

I Got Dumped.... is the fourth episode of the third season of Fruits Basket (Simuldub), a Japanese anime television series. The show is based on the manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Natsuki Takaya. The episode continues the story of Tohru Honda, an orphaned high school girl who is taken in by the wealthy and enigmatic Sohma family, who are afflicted by a mysterious curse that turns them into animals of the Chinese zodiac when they are hugged by members of the opposite sex.

The episode begins with Tohru being approached by Kyo Sohma, the hot-headed cat of the zodiac who is in love with her. Haru reveals that he has been dumped by his girlfriend, Rin, and is feeling depressed and lost. Yuki tries to comfort him but is unsure of how to help.

Back at school, Tohru confides in her friend Arisa Uotani about Kyo's confession. Arisa tells her that she needs to be honest with Kyo and tell him how she really feels, but Tohru is afraid of hurting him. She is also conflicted about her own feelings towards Kyo and Yuki, as she cares for them both deeply but doesn't want to lead them on.

Later that day, Tohru and Kyo have a heart-to-heart conversation about their feelings for each other. Kyo tells Tohru that he knows he can be difficult to be around and that he doesn't deserve her, but he still wants to be with her. Tohru is touched by Kyo's honesty and sincerity, but she can't ignore her own doubts and fears about their relationship.

As the episode draws to a close, Yuki discovers that Rin has been taken captive by Akito, the head of the Sohma family and the master of the zodiac curse. Yuki rushes to her rescue, but is confronted by Akito himself. Akito taunts Yuki about his insecurities and tries to turn him against Tohru, whom he sees as a threat to the curse. Yuki stands up to Akito and declares that he will protect Rin and Tohru no matter what.

I Got Dumped.... is a heartfelt and emotional episode that explores the complex relationships between the characters and the challenges they face as members of the cursed Sohma family. The episode is full of poignant moments and touching conversations that will tug at the heartstrings of viewers.
