Full Metal Alchemist Season 1 Episode 9 Be Thou for the People

The townspeople were simply too scared to stand up to him without a little encouragement.

With the townspeople on their side, Ed and Al are finally able to defeat Barry the Chopper and destroy the philosopher's stone. The townspeople are grateful for the brothers' help and apologize for causing any trouble. Ed and Al, in turn, reveal that they were simply passing through and rescuing Lyra was just another part of their job.

Overall, "Be Thou for the People" is an exciting and action-packed episode that sets up a new story arc for the series.
