Ep 2. Stormborn

In "Game of Thrones" season 7 episode 2, titled "Stormborn," the action continues with Daenerys Targaryen preparing to launch an attack on King's Landing with the help of her allies. However, she is faced with an unexpected challenge when she receives reports of a rival claimant to the throne, who has already gathered a large army.

Meanwhile, Cersei Lannister rallies her own forces. Jaime tries to get crucial battlefield support from an unexpected ally, while Brienne and Arya reunite and discuss their respective journeys.

Samwell Tarly encounters a new form of barbarism at the Citadel and urges Maester Ebrose to take action. Jon Snow, Sansa Stark and their bannermen converge at Winterfell to hold war council. Theon Greyjoy finds himself at the crossroads of an important decision.

As with all episodes of "Game of Thrones," "Stormborn" features complex plot twists, political maneuvering and intense action. The episode builds on the narrative arc established in the season premier, setting up further conflicts and raising new questions about the fates of the various characters.
