Ep 1. Pilot

Lorelai Gilmore is a single mother of a 16-year-old daughter, Rory, living in the small, charming town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut. The pilot episode of Gilmore Girls opens with them both waking up early in the morning on the first day of school. Lorelai has overslept and is rushing to get ready for work at the Independence Inn, where she is the manager.
