Ep 7. French Twist

Rory returns to Connecticut from her visit to Shira Huntzberger's in Massachusetts to find that her grandparents have decided to renew their wedding vows and have enlisted Lorelai's help with the planning. Lorelai is excited about the prospect of planning a big event and is determined to make it perfect. However, Emily has her own ideas about what she wants and clashes with Lorelai on every decision. Meanwhile, Lane discovers that she is pregnant and is unsure of how to tell her husband, Zack, who is away on tour with his band. She confides in Rory, who suggests she write a letter to Zack. Elsewhere, Christopher receives a call from Sherry, who has had a baby and invites him to visit her and their child. Christopher contemplates the possibility of a future with Sherry and their child.
