Ep 5. Les Loses It

In season 4 episode 5 of Hardcore Pawn, entitled "Les Loses It," tensions flare as the employees of Detroit's American Jewelry and Loan try to keep up with the high-pressure demands of their boss, Les Gold. The episode opens with Les in a particularly testy mood, barking orders at his staff and displaying a short temper when anything goes even slightly awry.

The customer is initially interested in selling, but when Les can't agree on a price, he becomes increasingly hostile and even threatens to call the police. This exchange is the last straw for Les, who finally completely loses his cool in front of his entire staff.

Despite the chaos and drama that unfolds throughout the episode, "Les Loses It" ultimately serves as a testament to the resilience of the American Jewelry and Loan team. Even in the face of a difficult boss and high-pressure situations, they manage to stay focused on their work and keep moving forward.
