Ep 12. Fusion Confusion

Hell's Kitchen season 16 episode 12, named Fusion Confusion, follows the remaining contestants as they navigate a fusion cuisine challenge. Despite the challenges, some standout dishes are presented, including a Korean-Italian fusion dish of gnocchi with bulgogi sauce from the blue team and a Chinese-Mexican fusion dish of shrimp and chorizo dumplings with soy-lime broth from the red team.

After the first round of judging, Chef Ramsay announces a surprise twist: the two teams must now switch cuisines and create a dish using the other team's cultural cuisines.
