Ep 3. Hell's Riders

In Hell's Kitchen season 18 episode 3, titled "Hell's Riders," the remaining chefs are in for a wild ride as they are tasked with catering a party for Motocross racers and their families. The teams must not only prepare delicious appetizers and entrees, but they must also showcase their creativity by constructing a unique centerpiece that fits the theme of motocross.

As the chefs race to complete their dishes, tensions flare between team members, with one team struggling to work together and communicate effectively. Chef Gordon Ramsay takes notice of the dysfunction and offers some tough love to try and get the team back on track.
