House Hunters Season 3 Episode 12 Ready To Settle Down

As a couple, Michal and Irina have spent a lot of time living in different areas of the world, including both of their home countries of Israel and Russia. But now that they are ready to settle down, they have decided to make a home in the United States, specifically Memphis, Tennessee. Their ideal home would be a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom with a spacious kitchen, backyard, and at least 1600 square feet of living space. They are extremely excited to plant roots in the city and start their new life together.

Their real estate agent, Tom Cheek, has a difficult task ahead of him as Michal and Irina have unique priorities for their new home. For Michal, having a large yard is an absolute must, as he loves to spend time outdoors and hopes to grow his own vegetables. Irina, on the other hand, values a spacious and beautifully designed kitchen where she can cook and entertain. Additionally, they both hope to find a home that has a separate space they can use as an office, as they both work from home frequently.

Their first house viewing is a beautiful property that meets many of their needs, including having a large backyard perfect for gardening and a stunning kitchen. Michal and Irina fall in love with the pool and imagine spending hot Memphis summers lounging in their backyard. Finally, they view a beautiful home that meets their needs in almost every way. The house boasts a stunning, recently renovated kitchen with plenty of space to cook and entertain. Additionally, the property has a separate room that they would be able to use as an office, which checks off one of their most important requirements.
