The couple has set a budget of $325,000, and hope to find a home with lots of rooms for lots of kids, and a kitchen where Johanna can indulge her passion for cooking. But this is no ordinary house hunt: Donald says he has a special gift of clairvoyance, and that he can feel 'energy' in a home that no one else can sense.
