Five months ago, Nicole Kirnon was sharing a small apartment in Brooklyn with her three kids, her brother and her mother. In search of a better life for her and children, this spunky, 30-something grabbed life by the horns, packed her bags and moved south to Georgia. There she has been temporarily renting a two-bedroom apartment while she establishes herself in the area. Now that she has all her ducks in a row, she is on the hunt for a home to call her own in what has become known as the Capital of the New South--Atlanta. Real estate agent Sheri Correia-Pettus will join Kirnon to help her navigate her newly adopted city.
