In the second half of the episode, Eddie visits the oldest teahouse in Taipei, where he learns about the rituals and importance of tea in Taiwanese culture. Huang learns about the different types of tea, from bubble tea to green tea, and the different brewing methods.

Later on in the episode, Eddie tries his hand at traditional Taiwanese pottery making, which he finds to be a calming and therapeutic experience. He meets with a renowned pottery maker who specializes in making pottery inspired by the human form and nature.

The episode ends with Eddie attending a traditional Taiwanese feast organized by his family, where he indulges in various Taiwanese dishes. Along with his family, he discusses the importance of preserving Taiwanese culture and celebrates the culinary traditions of the country.
