Lori and Pat set out on a hiking trip in the Cascade Mountains, but their adventure becomes a fight for survival when they get trapped by a snowstorm. Stranded for three days without food, water or proper shelter, Lori and Pat battle hypothermia and frostbite as they attempt to stay alive until rescue arrives.
In another story, David goes on a solo hiking trip in the remote wilderness of Alaska, but his adventure turns dangerous when he falls down a steep ravine and breaks his leg. With no one around to help him, David is forced to rely on his own survival skills to stay alive. He battles the elements and makes a makeshift splint for his leg, all while trying to find a way out of the wilderness.
Finally, Kevin sets out on a routine fishing trip with his friend when their boat capsizes in rough waters. Kevin's friend manages to swim to shore, but Kevin is left stranded in the ocean, struggling to stay afloat. He faces dehydration, exhaustion, and the constant threat of shark attacks as he tries to survive in open water. With no rescue in sight, Kevin must rely on his own willpower and determination to make it out alive.
