Inuyasha Eng Dub Season 2 Episode 19 Juromaru and Kageromaru

  • October 15, 2001

Kagome and her friends, Inuyasha, Miroku, and Sango, are on a mission to collect pieces of the shattered jewel of four souls. In this episode, they encounter a pair of demon siblings, Juromaru and Kageromaru, who are in search of their elder brother Goshinki. Goshinki was killed by Inuyasha, and Juromaru and Kageromaru want revenge.

Inuyasha and his friends spot the two demons while traveling through a forest. Juromaru appears to be injured and Kagome attempts to offer him some medicine, but he attacks her instead. Inuyasha intervenes and a battle ensues. The siblings reveal that they are searching for Goshinki in order to exact revenge. While they initially overpower Inuyasha, he ultimately defeats them with the help of his friends.

After the battle, Kagome and her friends meet a young girl named Rin, who is traveling with a demon named Sesshomaru. Rin explains that Juromaru and Kageromaru were two of the many demons that Sesshomaru had created as part of his experiments. Rin expresses her concern for the two demon siblings, as she had grown close to them while they were in her care.

Meanwhile, Juromaru and Kageromaru locate Goshinki and confront him. They reveal their plan to kill Inuyasha as revenge for his death. However, Goshinki betrays them and attacks. In the ensuing battle, Kageromaru is killed and Juromaru is badly wounded. Goshinki is ultimately defeated by Inuyasha, but not before revealing that he was created by one of Naraku's incarnations.

Juromaru, in his weakened state, stumbles upon Rin and Sesshomaru's campsite. Rin is overjoyed to see him and tries to help him, but Sesshomaru orders her to stay away from him. Juromaru begs Sesshomaru to kill him, as he believes he has outlived his usefulness. However, Sesshomaru spares him, expressing that he has grown fond of him and wants to see what he will do next.

The episode ends with Inuyasha and his friends continuing their journey to find the remaining shards of the jewel of four souls. Kagome expresses her sympathy for Juromaru and Kageromaru, recognizing that they were victims of Sesshomaru's cruel experiments. The group reflects on the importance of not giving in to revenge, and instead choosing to live in the present and work towards a better future.
