A couple of escaped convicts threaten the life of Canadian Prime Minister MacCormack, shelling a rail bridge as the Minister's train is crossing. The convicts demand a million dollars and a helijet, so Joe takes on the brain patterns of a bob sleigh champion and volunteers to be the courier.
