Nina decides to take some time off work and sets out to explore different cultures. She inadvertently ends up at a Mexican cantina where she finds herself at a crossroads, both in terms of her career and her personal life.
Meanwhile, Maya is handed the reins as editor-in-chief of Blush magazine and is determined to make her mark, but her power struggles with Jack and the rest of the team quickly become apparent.
In an attempt to bond with Elliot, Finch offers to take him out for a day of fun. But when their plans go awry, Finch is forced to improvise and ends up getting more than he bargained for.
