Ep 8. Shadow of a Doubt

In Kindred Spirits season 2 episode 8, titled Shadow of a Doubt, paranormal investigators Amy Bruni and Adam Berry are invited to investigate a reputedly haunted mansion in the historic community of Collinsville, Connecticut. The mansion was built in the 18th century and served as a wealthy family's summer home, but it was later converted into an inn. As they begin to set up their equipment, Amy and Adam hear strange noises coming from one of the rooms. When they investigate, they find a closet where they believe someone may have been hiding. As they start to dig deeper and search the room, they come across some very unusual evidence - including mold growth on the walls that resembles a human face and strange burn marks that appear to have been left by an unknown source.

As the investigation continues, Amy and Adam interview locals to try and piece together the history of the mansion and its past occupants. They learn that the mansion has a history of being owned by wealthy families and that it was once used as a hospital for tuberculosis patients in the early 20th century. They also discover that one of the families who owned the mansion had a tragic history, including a murder-suicide.

Throughout the investigation, Amy and Adam have several frightening experiences, including hearing strange noises, seeing unexplained shadows and apparitions, and feeling as though they are not alone in the house. They also consult with a spiritual medium who provides valuable insights into the history of the mansion and the entities that may be present.

In the end, Amy and Adam conclude their investigation with some startling findings, including evidence of a negative presence in the mansion. They advise the owners to take steps to cleanse the property, including saging and using crystals to dispel any negative energy.
