Ep 3. Mama Maria's

Gordon Ramsay heads to Brooklyn to help Mama Maria's, an Italian restaurant that is struggling to stay afloat. The family-owned establishment has been open for over 25 years but has recently seen a decline in customers and revenue. Mama Maria, the matriarch of the family, is the head chef but is unwilling to make changes to the menu or update the outdated decor.

When Ramsay arrives, he is immediately taken aback by the dirty kitchen and outdated decor. He is disgusted by the fact that the staff is using a dirty dish towel to clean the cutting board and notices that the food is being stored improperly. In the end, Ramsay helps the family transform Mama Maria's into a more modern, inviting restaurant with a revamped menu. He also helps the family members understand the importance of working together and being open to change. Through all of the ups and downs, Ramsay is able to bring new life to Mama Maria's and give the family a renewed sense of hope for the future.
