Ep 6. Revisited #1

In the sixth season of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay revisits some of the restaurants he had helped in the past to see if they have improved or if they are back to their old ways. Next, Ramsay heads to The Olde Stone Mill, an iconic restaurant in a historic building that had lost its charm and quality food. The owner, Dean, was constantly micromanaging and overcomplicating the dishes. Ramsay had encouraged Dean to step back and let the chefs do their job.

Ramsay is happy to see that the restaurant has undergone a complete renovation, and the ambiance is much better. However, the food still needs work. Ramsay tastes a few dishes and finds them to be bland and uninspired. With a tough love approach, Ramsay pushes Dean and the chefs to step up their game and deliver the quality of food that the restaurant is capable of.

Overall, Ramsay's revisits in episode six show that running a restaurant is an ongoing challenge that requires consistent effort and attention to detail. While both La Galleria 33 and The Olde Stone Mill had made some improvements since Ramsay's initial visit, they still had work to do to maintain their success and improve the quality of their food and service.
