After being reunited with his daughter, Yasikov realizes that he can trust Teresa and the two start to build a strong bond. Teresa's time in Ukraine is also made easier when she meets two of Oleg's associates – Javier Gallegos and Irina. They take her under their wing and show her the ropes of living in Kyiv.

Judge Gaspar, who had been obsessed with Teresa, intensifies his search for her in Ukraine after being removed from his position in Spain.
