Following Jones' interview, Meyers welcomes Carlo Mirarchi to the show. Mirarchi is the chef and co-owner of Blanca, which has been consistently recognized as one of New York City's best restaurants since it opened in 2012. He also talks about the ways in which he collaborates with his team of chefs and the importance of sourcing high-quality ingredients.
Throughout the episode, Meyers also takes on some of the day's top news stories and shares his signature "Closer Look" segment, in which he provides his humorous and insightful analysis of the latest political and cultural developments. As always, the show features a variety of sketches, games, and musical performances, making for an entertaining and engaging hour of television.
