She includes a warm up and a gradually accelerating pace, ending with routines that involve the use of a stretchy band to exercise arm muscles. The three expected types of steps occur in this presentation, leg lifts, side steps and a variety of kicks, but she also reportedly introduces some new movements drawn from dance as well.
