Exercise trainer Leslie Sansone has developed a number of popular exercise videos which enable viewers to practice aerobic and cardiovascular fitness techniques while basically walking, kicking and stretching in place in front of a computer screen or television set. She stresses safety, and allows the audience to gradually build up individual physical stamina in order to eventually pursue vigorous stationary walks of several miles.
