These diverse individuals are brought together to compete for a $100,000 investment into their business, as well as the opportunity to work with Nikole, various industry experts, and special celebrity guests throughout the season.

The participants have 24 hours to produce a short promotion that showcases their products or services. Nikole and a panel of renowned judges, including CEO of Women Who Code, Elizabeth Ames, and entrepreneur, Kim Perell, then deliberate to decide which team produced the best commercial.
