In Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta season 8 episode 7, titled The Immaculate Conception, tensions rise as the ladies of the cast continue to find themselves at odds with one another. The episode begins with Spice confronting Shekinah and Tokyo over comments they made about her weight, leading to an explosive argument between the three women.

Meanwhile, Karlie and her fiancé, Mo, are struggling to see eye to eye on their wedding plans, with Mo pushing for a lavish event while Karlie wants something more intimate. Their differences come to a head when Mo invites all of his family and friends to stay at their home without consulting Karlie.

Elsewhere, Sierra and her estranged husband, Shooter, are attempting to co-parent after years of tension and infidelity. When Sierra receives news that Shooter may be moving on with another woman, she's forced to confront her feelings about their past and whether or not she's ready to move on.

The episode also sees the return of fan favorite, Scrappy, who is trying to balance his music career with being a father to his two daughters. When he learns that his ex-girlfriend, Erica Dixon, is planning to move back to Atlanta with their daughter, Emani, Scrappy is left struggling to figure out how to co-parent with someone he hasn't spoken to in years.

As the episode progresses, drama continues to unfold between the cast members, with arguments escalating and secrets being revealed. With tensions at an all-time high, it remains to be seen whether the ladies of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta will be able to bury the hatchet and move forward, or if their differences will drive them further apart.
