Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood season 4 episode 3 is titled "Make It Count". All the cast members are determined to make the most of their talents, as they juggle the demands of their careers and their personal lives. The episode starts off with Masika throwing a lavish party to celebrate the launch of her new clothing line, Khari Barbie Beauty. Masika is determined to make a splash with her new line, and invites all her friends, including Nia, Zell, and Moniece.
While everyone is getting ready for Masika's party, Roccstar drops a bombshell on A1. He reveals that he slept with Lyrica and has the video to prove it. A1 is understandably upset and confronts Lyrica about it later at Masika's party. Things get heated as Lyrica denies everything, but A1 is not convinced.
Elsewhere, Chanel West Coast is feeling the pressure as she prepares for her big performance at the Roxy. She meets up with her manager to go over the details of her performance, but tensions rise when her manager questions whether or not she can handle the pressure.
Finally, Brooke Valentine is determined to make a comeback after taking a break from music. She meets up with her producer, Bridget Kelly, to work on some new material. However, Brooke is struggling with writer's block and finds it difficult to come up with new lyrics. Bridget encourages her to dig deep and find inspiration from her personal experiences.
As the night wears on, Masika's party heats up and tensions rise between the guests. Nia and Zell get into a heated argument over their past issues, while A1 and Lyrica continue to clash over Roccstar's accusations. Chanel West Coast takes the stage and delivers a powerful performance, putting all her doubts to rest.
In the end, Brooke manages to find the inspiration she needs to finish her song, and Masika's party ends on a high note. However, the drama between A1 and Lyrica is far from over, as they continue to argue about the alleged affair. Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood season 4 episode 3 is an intense and exciting episode filled with drama and high stakes.
