Love It or List It Vancouver Season 1 Episode 15 Linda & Cory

Linda and Cory have been living in their home for over two decades, but they've finally reached a crossroads. With their kids all grown up and moved out, they're finding it harder to use all the space in their four-bedroom, three-bathroom house. Linda is adamant about moving to a smaller, more manageable space, but Cory is hesitant to leave the home they've built so many memories in.

Enter Love It or List It Vancouver's design expert Jillian Harris and real estate agent Todd Talbot. Jillian thinks she can transform the couple's home into a modern and functional space, while Todd is confident he can find them a smaller home with a great location.

Jillian's plan for the home includes a major kitchen overhaul, converting the formal dining room into a family room, and turning the garage into a multipurpose space. Meanwhile, Todd takes them to two different homes: one in a desirable neighborhood but in need of a lot of renovations, and the other a completed renovation in a less desired neighborhood.

As the couple deliberates over Jillian and Todd's proposals, they also face challenges from their past. Linda becomes emotional while going through boxes of memories and starts to wonder if she is ready to let go of the home that holds so many cherished moments. Cory also becomes sentimental, realizing his reluctance to leave is closely tied to his desire to hold onto those memories.

The pressure mounts as the couple weighs their options and makes difficult decisions about their future. Jillian and Todd do their best to sway them one way or the other, but ultimately it's up to Linda and Cory: will they love it or list it?
