Tracey and Rob are a couple in need of some serious help. They have a lovely home in a great neighbourhood but their space is just not functioning for them. They have two growing boys and a third on the way, and their current layout just isn't providing them with the space they need. With a tight budget and limited options, they turn to the Love It or List It Vancouver team in hopes of finding a solution.

Tracey and Rob's home is located in North Vancouver, and it definitely has its charms. It's a mid-century modern home with a unique shape and plenty of character. However, it's lacking in some key areas. The main living area is small and cramped, making it difficult for the family to spend time together. The kitchen is outdated and cramped, providing very little counter space for Tracey to cook and prepare meals. Additionally, the upstairs has only three bedrooms, leaving little room for guests or an office for Rob to work from home.

Jillian is confident that she can transform the space into a more functional family home. Her plan involves opening up the main living area by removing a few walls and updating the kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. She also wants to transform the current master bedroom into a functional nursery for the baby on the way. Jillian is confident that by maximizing the space they already have, she can create a design that will make the family proud to call this house home.

Todd's mission is to find a home that's better suited for Tracey and Rob's growing family. He takes them to a few different properties, each with their own unique features. He shows them one home that is move-in ready but comes with a higher price tag than they were hoping for. Another home has the space they're looking for but requires a lot of work to make it their own. Ultimately, Todd is confident that he can find the perfect home for this family if they decide to list their current home.

In the end, it's up to Tracey and Rob to decide whether they want to love it or list it. Both Jillian and Todd have presented them with great options, and they have a lot to consider.
