Sabrina and Kevin live in a charming 1920s home in East Vancouver. While they love the character of their home, they can't ignore the cramped quarters that come with it. Their three young children share a bedroom and there's no designated play area, which has Sabrina feeling overwhelmed. She's not sure if they should renovate their existing space, or list it and move somewhere with more room.

Enter Love It or List It Vancouver hosts Jillian Harris and Todd Talbot. Jillian is confident she can transform their home into their dream space, while Todd is ready to show them potential new homes that will meet their needs.

Sabrina and Kevin's biggest priority is having separate bedrooms for their children.
