Macross 7 Season 1 Episode 9 Virgin Bomber

Upon deciding to investigate the rumors or sightings of a new Enemy-type, Basara and Mylene discover a rock band called the "Virgin Bomber" who are a group of reforming delinquents who decide to do something positive with their lives by impressing the galaxy with their music and stopping an Enemy attack and achieving global fame with the help of Fire Bomber. However, their noble goal is hindered by the fact that they are new to piloting, and their reckless behavior puts themselves and others in danger. As Fire Bomber performs, they must also fight off the approaching threat while not causing harm to those on the ground. Meanwhile, Emilia, previously of rival band Jamming Birds, sends her new team of female pilots, the Rock Birds, to face off against the new Enemy. As the Virgin Bomber performs for the crowd and Fire Bomber, the battle intensifies and things get out of hand. It becomes a race to defeat the Enemy, or else ruin the greatest concert the galaxy has ever seen.
