Kevin is at a restaurant having dinner with Phil, an influential but extremely abusive client, when Phil suddenly collapses and dies. At Phil's hotel room, Jamie has accompanied Kevin to pack up Phil's belongings since Phil's wife cannot be reached; the guys immediately realize that they're in temporary possession of a posh hotel room and a lavish expense account, so they waste no time in taking advantage of their unexpected good luck. An irate husband arrives whose wife has been fooling around with Phil along with two hookers that Phil had ordered; Sarah arrives and is disgusted that they would take advantage of a dead man.
