Mr. Rogers heads over to Chef Brockett's bakery in order to see some of the cakes that he is making, as they look similar to the citizens of King Friday XIII's kingdom. Meanwhile, in the neighborhood of Make-Believe, X is attempting to prepare for the games, though Lady Elaine Fairchilde decides to intervene in order to force the games away.
