Mr. Rogers is visited by Jim West, who talks to him about the various puppets that can be created through merely using shadow silhouettes. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the citizens of the kingdom discover that their shadows have gone away, so King Friday XIII mandates that the shadows be found and returned.
