Mr. Rogers decides to visit the McFeelys in an attempt to see some of the baby lambs that they are looking at. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII decides to head over to Daniel Striped Tiger's place in an attempt to force the cereal to stop raining, though he feels that Daniel Striped Tiger will be required to stop the cereal rain.
