Mr. Rogers heads over to an airport to watch Mr. McFeely as he uses a helicopter to deliver some packages. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Elaine Fairchilde has decided to get into her own helicopter and fly up in protest, though she soon finds herself stuck in the air.
